BILL COSGROVE

For more than 26 years, Bill has been instrumental in building UHM into the premier mortgage banking company it is today. In addition to his distinguished leadership here, Bill also served as President of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association (OMBA) in 2006. Nationally, he’s been a regular member of MBA’s Board of Governors and Board of Directors. He also served as Chairman of MBA’s National Political Action Committee (MORPAC) and was Chairman of the MBA from 2015-2016. Even today, Bill’s influence is felt throughout the company’s daily operations. And, with the help of his executive team, Bill’s ongoing commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service touches every broker, bank and credit union we work with—and the customers, members, and clients they serve.

With UHM since 2013, Al has an extensive background in capital markets, growth, development, and operational fulfillment.

Al has enjoyed a career in the financial sector in various executive roles since 1984 developing his experiences in both the financial and non-financial environments.

With UHM since 2014, Jim’s primary role is to expand and continually improve UHM’s Third-Party Origination efforts. With more than twenty years of mortgage lending experience and business development expertise, Jim’s keen intellect and technical are factors behind his immense success.

Business Development

Working side by side with Al Blank, Josh leads business development with a focus to partner with brokers and emerging bankers around the country. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Josh brings a wide breadth of knowledge and a knack of building positive relationships to the team.
